Thank you all for reading this blog! This blog got started this May, and it’s been around a half year. This blog’s original purpose is to share the charms of shrines and temples in Japan; however, due to the current situation of the COVID-19, it’s not an appropriate period to visit and write about those places. Primarily, it wanted to focus on Shuin, a stamp that can be obtained at shrines and temples. Unfortunately, it’s still uncertain when the situation will get back to normal as before, going out without infection with the virus.
So this blog tries to broaden the topics to food and culture if there is some intriguing information to share with you. It’s very tough to travel to other places under the current situation, particularly going overseas. This blog aims to assist a better understanding of Japan and Japanese culture. So once the condition gets back normal, and you have a chance to visit the country, please refer to some of the blog information!
